The Sakshat $35 tablet has been announced and is said to be ready for launch. Given the little bits of information on its specs, can it be said to be really achievable?
The cost of the tablet display as mentioned in the reports itself is more than $40 even in bulk purchases. Add 2GB DDR RAM, Wi-fi, video camera, USB, processor board etc and the power supply. Does somebody have any more information on the hardware details of Sakshat?
It would be interesting to find out how this has been achieved.
